PROJECT IMPLEMENTS;

In the GODMANGA GERMS LIMITED – Mbamba Bay Coal Project, the first stage involved exploration, where preliminary geological surveys, sampling, and drilling were conducted to identify the presence and extent of the coal deposit. Afterwards, resource estimation & evaluation was carried out using scientific and geological data to determine accurate estimates of the quantity and quality of the resource, enabling economic assessment and project feasibility.

The next step was mine planning & design, where layouts and strategies for safe and sustainable mining operations were developed. Then, mine development involved preparing infrastructure, including construction of shafts and access roads to allow mining activities to commence. Finally, mine closure was planned with a structured program to decommission the mine, rehabilitate the environment, and ensure the area could be utilized for other purposes after operations ended.
